David has been in the Property Management business since 1977. He bought his first property at the age of 21, a four-plex that kicked off his property management passion. In his 44 years of experience, he has seen & managed every aspect of property management imaginable. From completely remodeling properties, fixing a leaking pipe, repairing appliances to non paying tenants, problem properties and problematic tenants. There is nothing in property management that he or his team can't handle. David and his wife Christine have created Less Stress Property Management as a way to make your life as a property owner Less stressful.
Christine Rivas
Co-Owner
Christine has been in the property management business as both: an owner and a manager since 1982 for her own properties. Christine is a hands-on and you can see her strengths at work whether she is showing your home, on the phone or keeping us all in line around the office.

Communications Director, Social Media Manager and Marketing Extraordinaire; Nicole graduated from TCU with a B.S in Personal Communication and received her Masters from The University of Texas at Arlington in Corporate Communication with an Emphasis around Crisis Management. She excels in both internal and external communication and has a passion for completing projects on time and under budget. Nicole’s career around Marketing and Communications started in 2007.
